We want you to be happy with your order. Our manufacturing department will endeavour to identify any damage or packing errors before the item(s) are despatched. On the rare occasion that something is not quite right please do let us know.
If your AniMask arrives damaged, or you have received something different to what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and supply a photo showing the issue along with your name and order number to email@example.com.
Once reviewed (usually within 48 hours) a replacement will be despatched.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because they may be contaminated.
